Michael Dudley, Owner of M.S. Dudley Development has been meeting the needs of luxury, custom home buyers for thirty one-plus years in Arizona. He is adept at crafting a custom residence with both high quality and stylish elegance.
He works closely and effectively with his customers to assure that the process is both successful and enjoyable. His firm, and the nearly seventy five subcontractors he has carefully selected, have earned the reputations of honesty, reliability and meeting agreed-on time lines.
Originally from South Bend, Indiana, Michael Dudley moved to Arizona in the mid 1980’s and has lived in Scottsdale since. He founded M.S. Dudley Development in 1989 and has built and remodeled hundreds of luxury residences throughout Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Fountain Hills, and surrounding areas over the past three decades. From the beginning, Mike has been interested in creating one-of-a-kind, architect-designed, luxury residences for his customers. He has been featured in a Builder/Architect Magazine for a build-to-suit project and as one of Arizona’s current premier luxury home building companies. He and his wife Cindy have been married for 36 years and they have two children and five grandchildren. They are very active in their community.

Cindy Dudley
office manager/owner
After twenty six years with the Scottsdale Unified School District, Cindy retired and joined Mike at M.S. Dudley Development as the Office Manager. She is in charge of the in-house bookkeeping, subcontractor credentialing and various office duties to support the team. Cindy enjoys professional interaction with clients to ensure they feel comfortable with the financial portion of their M.S. Dudley experience. She most enjoys the friendships that develop with clients and continue long after their project is complete. Born in Morenci, Arizona and raised in Scottsdale, Cindy is extremely familiar with, and passionate about our beautiful state.
Kavin Raval
project engineer
With a strong passion for the construction industry, Kavin brings a wealth of experience and expertise to M.S.Dudley. Having completed his Master’s degree in Construction Management from ASU and worked as a Project Engineer in the Indian Construction Industry, Kavin’s journey has led him to pursue his true calling. He says, “From building castles on the beach to building castles on hills”, construction is the perfect fit for him. In his role at M.S.Dudley, Kavin takes on a diverse range of responsibilities to ensure the successful execution of our construction projects. From scheduling and efficient task management to estimating and securing the best options from subcontractors, he leaves no stone unturned. With his keen eye for design, Kavin also plays a crucial role in creating 3D models and CAD drawings. His commitment to excellence extends to overseeing orders, maintaining high quality standards, and prioritizing project sites.
